7.9(1)An order made by the Minister under section 7.8 remains in effect until
(a)
the Minister has provided a written notice to the owner or operator to whom the order is directed, and to all other persons the Minister considers appropriate, to the effect that the order has been fully complied with, or
(b)
the order is revoked.
7.9(2)An order is binding on the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the persons to whom it is directed.
